RAIL passengers are facing delays this morning due to an earlier broken down train.
The freight train broke down at Hatfield Peverel and has caused some services to be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
A statement on the Greater Anglia website said: “The freight train is now on the move from Hatfield Peverel and all lines are now available.
“Delays are still possible owing to line congestion.”
Meanwhile, the roads across Suffolk and north Essex are problem-free.
