Trains between Cambridge and London Liverpool Street face disruption until this afternoon after a person was hit by a train at Shelford.
All lines are currently blocked following the incident this morning. Train services between London Liverpool Street and Cambridge may be cancelled, delayed or suspended between Audley End and Cambridge, and disruption is expected until at least 1pm.
First Capital Connect services are conveying passengers between London Kings Cross and Cambridge in both directions until further notice. Arrangements have been made for Greater Anglia rail tickets to be accepted for these journeys.
