Trains services travelling through a number of stations in Suffolk and Essex are subject to delays this morning following an earlier fault at Chelmsford.
Passengers boarding at Stowmarket, Ipswich, Manningtree and Colchester, heading towards London Liverpool Street may have their journey times lengthened by up to 13 minutes.
Greater Anglia said the delays had been caused by an earlier fault with a train at Chelmsford Station which “engineers have worked as fast as possible to resolve”.
“We thank you for your patience and understanding,” said a spokesman for the rail operator.
