TRAIN passengers faced delays this morning following a broken down train at Chelmsford.
All lines have reopened since the earlier problems but delays of up to 30 minutes are still occuring on the route between Norwich and London Liverpool Street.
Greater Anglia said they expected the disruption to last until 11am.
