Rush hour traffic is moving typically slowly around Ipswich, with the worst congestion in Grey Friars Road and at the Star Lane junction.
In Haverhill, an accident involving a lorry left Turnpike Hill partially blocked near the Queens Street junction.
There has meanwhile been no major schedule disruption on National Express East Anglia trains.
