Over-running rail engineering work has caused a series of delays on trains between Ipswich and Manningtree this morning.
All lines have now reopened and services are running through the stations, but some trains could still be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes.
A spokesman for Greater Anglia said the disruption is expected to continue until about 8am today.
Meanwhile, motorists in Ipswich can also expect some delays this morning as work continues to repair a burst water main in the town.
Grafton Way and Commercial Road are closed westbound.
