Road users are advised that the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge at the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing has just been closed due to high winds.
The bridge was closed at around 3pm today and the closure will remain in place until high winds ease - for at least two hours.
Southbound traffic is being diverted to use the east bore of the Dartford Tunnel. Northbound traffic is using the west bore. Road users are advised to expect delays at the crossing.
