TRAFFIC is flowing freely across the county this morning with few reported incidents affecting journeys.
For drivers coming into Ipswich town centre, Upper Orwell Street remains closed in both directions between Eagle Street and St Helen’s Street because of the fire at St Michael’s Church earlier this week.
Water main works are also causing minor delays at Gregory Street in Sudbury.
Meanwhile rail passengers are experiencing delays of up to 14 minutes on trains in both directions between Liverpool Street and Norwich because of signalling problems and an earlier delay.
