SIGNALLING problems between London Liverpool Street and Bethnal Green are causing delays to rail services in the region.
Trains running from Liverpool Street to Colchester, Braintree, Clacton, Norwich, Southend and Shenfield have all been affected.
Delays of up to 15 minutes are expected on all lines. Disruption is expected to continue until noon.
