Some trains to and from London are running late or could be cancelled.
It’s because of a passenger being taken ill on a train between Romford and Chadwell Heath.
Abellio Greater Anglia is saying it expects delays until 10am although this will mostly be to metro services.
However some trains also serving Suffolk and Essex have been affected.
