A BROKEN-down vehicle has caused one lane of the A12 near Colchester to be closed.
The incident, which is affecting the northbound carriageway between junctions 28 and 29, is likely to cause hold-ups to rush hour commuters.
But there are no other major delays reported on the region’s roads or railways.
The weather is expected to stay dry tonight and tomorrow. But Saturday will see more cloud with temperatures peaking at eight degrees.
