There are currently severe delays on the A140 Angel Hill in Earl Stonham at the A1120 junction following an earlier crash.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash which has left heavy traffic in both directions.
Traffic is also slow traffic on the A12 Northbound between Belstead and the Copdock interchange.
On the trains there is a good service running between Ipswich and Liverpool Street.
In the weather sunny intervals are expected tonight.
