COMMUTERS are facing delays of up to half-an-hour on services between London Liverpool Street and Ipswich this evening.
The delays are the result of speed restrictions imposed between Forest Gate and Manor Park.
Meanwhile motorists have had a relatively stress free journey this evening.
The major routes across Suffolk are clear and Suffolk police said there are no reported accidents causing delays.
