Two people were arrested last night by police investigating an armed robbery in Felixstowe.
Two people have been arrested following an armed robbery in the town.
The arrests were made after a robbery at Premier Express convenience store in Beach Station Road, Felixstowe, shortly after 8pm last night.
A knife or bladed instrument was believed to have been brandished in the incident.
The two suspects are due to be questioned by police later today.
This incident comes within one month of another armed robbery in the quiet seaside town.
The earlier raid happened at Ladbrokes, in Undercliff Road West on September 19.
At this stage police are believed not to be linking the two.
Last night’s arrests were made following a police operation in the town.
