TWO men arrested on the suspicion of the murder of a 36-year-old man who died following a suspected street attack in Colchester were released on bail tonight.

TWO men arrested on the suspicion of the murder of a 36-year-old man who died following a suspected street attack in Colchester were released on bail tonight.
They will return to Colchester Police Station on June 7, police said. Two other men who were also arrested following the incident at 12.30am on Sunday were released without charge.
Police have named the man who died as William David Prosser - known as David -a financial adviser who lived in Lee Cross, Diggle, near Oldham.
His body was found in Balkerne Passage, Colchester, after becoming separated from his friends on a night out. It is believed he was kicked and punched during the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
