TWO men appeared in court this morning charged with the murder of a 55-year-old Lowestoft man.
James Killingback, 22, of Denmark Road in Lowestoft, and a 16-year-old boy, also from the town, have been charged with the murder of John Vry.
They appeared in Lowestoft Magistrates' Court this morning, where they spoke only to confirm their names and have been remanded in custody.
They will now appear at Ipswich Crown Court on December 18.
Mr Vry, of London Road South, was found with serious injuries in an alleyway off the same road at about 10.30pm last Wednesday.
He died at the James Paget University Hospital, Gorleston, the following day.
A 23-year-old man, from Lowestoft, who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Friday afternoon, has been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station on January 19.
