TWO people rowing across the River Orwell from Nacton to Pin Mill were rescued by the lifeboat.
The Harwich RNLI and the Felixstowe Coastguard received a 999 call shortly after 3pm yesterday from a member of the public concerned for the safety of those aboard the small boat.
Two men were rescued by the lifeboat which towed the craft to the safety of the shore at Pin Mill.
