Two men rescued from crashes

TWO people had to be cut from their vehicles today in separate incidents on Suffolk's roads.

TWO people had to be cut from their vehicles today in separate incidents on Suffolk's roads.

A 65-year-old man suffered head injuries when his car ended up on its side in a ditch off the Bildeston Road in Chelsworth at around 5pm.

An hour later, a 25-year-old man was taken to hospital after going into the verge along the Waldringfield Road in Brightwell.

Firefighters were called to both scenes to release the victims.
