Witnesses are needed after “substantial” fire damage was caused at two public toilets in Harwich.

The first fire happened at the toilets at Lower Marine Parade at 3pm on January 12.

At around 6pm on January 20, the public toilets on Main Road were also set alight.

An Essex Police spokesman said substantial damage was caused during the fires.
