Two rail services later today between Norwich and London Liverpool Street have been cancelled due to a member of staff being unavailable.
The 4pm Norwich to London Liverpool Street service is cancelled, along with 6.30pm London Liverpool Street to Nowrich service.
The services were also scheduled to stop at Diss, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Manningtree, Colchester, Chelmsford and Stratford.
The 12pm Norwich to London Liverpool Street service was due to be cancelled, along with the 2.30pm London Liverpool Street to Norwich service, but the staff absence was covered and the services ran, and the company are also working to cover the later services.
An Abellio Greater Anglia spokesperson said: “We apologise for the cancellation of the 16.00 Norwich to London and 18.30 London to Norwich services today because of a member of train crew being unavailable.
“Customers with pre-booked tickets will be able to travel on alternative services.”
