Two young boys were approached and offered sweets by a male stranger in Lowestoft yesterday.

The boys were playing on a grassy area near the Lower Esplanade at around 2pm when the incident occurred.

The man is described as being white, around 60-years-old, with a grey moustache and wearing a black tall hat, a black leather jacket and black trousers.
