A pylon fault left hundreds of people in the Ufford area without electricity for more than an hour today.
UK Power Networks engineers had to isolate power to 814 customers at about 11.05am in order to safely repair a fault on a low voltage overhead electricity line.
A spokeswoman said repair work was carried out as quickly as was safely possible and all customers had their power restored by 12.15pm.
She added: “We realise how difficult it can be to be without power and apologise for any inconvenience.”
