A one-year-old boy has suffered burns to his shoulder and chest in an incident at an Ipswich home.
The East of England Ambulance Service Trust were called to the home in Ashcroft Road, Ipswich at around 5.15pm.
The air ambulance was also called.
A spokeswoman for EEAST said paramedics said although serious, the boy’s condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
She said the child has been taken to Ipswich Hospital by land ambulance with medics from the air ambulance escorting the youngster.
