EMERGENCY services have now left the scene of a block of flats in Ipswich where a concrete block was hanging over the edge.
The fire service, police and ambulance service were called to Meridian Rise in Bramley Hill at about 4.20pm.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the fire service had removed the concrete block and the emergency services left the scene at 6.34pm.
