LEAVES on the rail tracks have caused a number of services to be delays or cancelled.
Mainline services between London Liverpool Street and Norwich have been disrupted by “poor rail conditions” throughout the evening.
One commuter travelling between London and Ipswich said an announcement at Liverpool Street station said his train had been cancelled due to leaves on the line.
Further delays have been caused by a chemical leak at a factory near the line at Hatfield Peverel, which has affected some services.
