TRAIN services across the region have returned to normal following major disruption caused by signalling problems.
Greater Anglia reported signalling problems between London Liverpool Street and Stratford this morning, forcing trains to run at reduced speed on some lines and causing delays to many services.
Services have now been returned to normal.
