A man has appeared before Chelmsford Magistrates Court today charged with the murder of a young Colchester mother.
Mark Czapla, 24, of Queen Elizabeth Way, Colchester, stands charged with the murder of 23-year-old Kirsty Humphrey.
Officers found her body at a house in Queen Elizabeth Way, Colchester, following a call from the ambulance service on the morning of Wednesday September 4.
Czapla was remanded in custody to appear before Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.
