The emergency services were at the scene of an accident where a motorcyclist had come off a bike.
Police were called at around 9.20am to the B1127, Copland Way, in Beccles.
A force spokeswoman said the rider of the Honda bike had come off while trying to overtake a vehicle.
She added the man had suffered “soft tissue” injuries which were not serious.
The road was partially blocked but is now cleared. The road reopened at around 10.50am.
