A MAN and a woman have been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with the murder of Christopher Thompson.
The body of Mr Thompson, 35, was found in Chantry Park, Ipswich, on Thursday morning.
Christopher Wilson, 33, and Deanna Stanton, 26, both of no fixed abode, have been charged with the murder of the former Chantry High School pupil.
The pair appeared at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court, in Elm Street, Ipswich, this morning where they were remanded in custody ahead of a bail hearing at Ipswich Crown Court this afternoon.
They were then remanded at the crown court until their next appearance on February 8, 2013.
