RAIL services between Norwich and Diss are back up and running after a pedestrian was hit by a train.
The death is the second in two days after a pedestrian was hit by a train at the level crossing in Greenways, Newton Flotman, shortly after 10am today just a day after a man died in a similar incident at the same place.
Yesterday’s death was not treated as suspicious and officers from British Transport Police are investigating the latest incident.
A Greater Anglia spokesman said services all lines had been reopened but some services may still be cancelled or delayed at short notice.
The train involved was the 8.30am London to Norwich service.
