Emergency services were at the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Lavenham which closed the road.
A Subaru Impreza ended up in a ditch after the collision with a Vauxhall Agila on the B1071 in Lavenham at around 2.40pm.
Police, Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service and the ambulance service were called.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “Crews arrived on scene at 15:09 to find an collision involving two vehicles, one in a ditch and six casualties. Crews commenced roof removal from one of the vehicles in order to extricate one of the casualties. At 16:11 crews had removed three casualties who were left in the care of the ambulance service.”
A police spokeswoman said none of the injuries were believed to be serious.
