RAIL services have returned to normal after a morning of delays caused by signalling problems and an animal struck by a train.
Delays were caused by a signalling equipment fault at Saxmundham earlier this morning, which was fixed by Network Rail engineers.
Further problems were caused by another signalling problem between London Liverpool Street and Stratford at around 8am.
Services between Northumberland Park and Angel Road were also affected after the 7.34am Stratford to Bishops Stortford service struck an animal, causing damage to the train.
