Firefighters have cut a woman from her car wreckage following a crash.
The accident, involving a black Ford Fiesta and a white Ford Transit van, happened on the B1106 in Elveden just after the A11 turn-off at 12.15pm.
A Suffolk police spokesman said: “Ambulance and fire have been called as well as East Anglian Air Ambulance.
“The female was trapped in the car and has got pain in her chest and stomach.
“She has been extricated from the car by firefighters and been taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds by land ambulance.
“Her injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.”
The B1106 remains closed in both directions, between Elveden Crossroads and the Ingham Road junction in Wordwell, to allow for the recovery of the vehicles.
