SERVICES are beginning to return to normal after dozens of rush hour trains were earlier delayed or cancelled.
A broken down train at Diss and a line problem at Chelmsford caused problems to services to and from London Liverpool Street.
Earlier a key route into Ipswich was partially-blocked after a crash.
Three vehicles collided near the junction of Fore Street, Fore Hamlet and Duke Street around 6.30am.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said no-one was reported to have been injured.
The incident has now been cleared.
