Three fire units were sent to assist the vehicle
A vehicle which had become trapped in a ditch had to be rescued by fire crews this evening.
Two fire engines and the rescue vehicle from Bury St Edmunds were sent to the scene of the accident on the A134 Sicklesmere shortly before 6pm tonight.
One casualty was assisted from the vehicle by crews, and had been moved to safety by 6:20pm.
All appliances had returned back to base by 6:46pm.
