IT goes faster than his Formula 1 racing car, but world championship leader Jenson Button has decided its time to part with his Bugatti Veyron.
The stunning supercar was picked up by the Monaco-based driver last year but he has now put it up for sale - with a hefty 900,000 price tag.
With a top speed of more than 250mph (400kmh) and a limited number of models in existence, it has been described by Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson as “the greatest car ever made”.
The sale is being brokered by Steve Hurn Specialist Cars, based in Stowmarket, and Mr Hurn said it was an incredible machine that had already generated strong interest from potential buyers.
He said: “Jenson is a real car lover and he really does use them.

“It's probably the most incredible car out there.
“He's had it for about 16 months and he's never really been in the country to drive it.
“It's an amazing piece of equipment. He contacted us a couple of weeks ago and we have had a reasonable amount of interest.”
The Veyron, which has just 2,500 kilometres on the clock, is currently being kept at the racing driver's private storage but more details about the car can be found on Mr Hurn's website, www.shcars.co.uk.
