Two men who were arrested following an alleged rape of an 18-year-old woman will not be facing any further police action.
Suffolk Constabulary received a call at around 1.15am on Friday, August 16, from a woman saying she had been raped by two men in a field off The Street in Walsham-Le-Willows, near Bury St Edmunds.
Officers attended the area and a 23-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, both from the Bury St Edmunds area, were arrested on suspicion of rape and taken in by police.
The men have now had their bail cancelled and will not facing any further action.
The woman will be receiving ongoing support from the police.
