Roads clear across Suffolk and North East Essex as daily commute gets underway

There were reports today of little hold ups or delays on the roads across Suffolk and North East Essex as the daily commute got underway.

The AA’s website said that the only roadworks of note was the road closed in Ashfield Road, in Norton, near Bury St Edmunds, because of a burst water main.

They said that the road was closed in both directions.

Police have warned of the dangers of drug use after finding empty canisters of laughing gas by a Suffolk village hall.
