Weather & travel: Crews attend accidents across Suffolk
ALTHOUGH conditions remain treacherous in many parts of Suffolk and Essex, there are currently no significant delays on the roads.
Police have dealt with collisions on the northbound A12 at Stratford St Mary and the A1071 Hadleigh Road at Sproughton.
Emergency crews have also been at the scene of a more serious collision in Stowmarket this morning.
The accident happened in Edgecomb Road at the junction with Verneuil Avenue and involved a moped and a VW Polo.
The rider of the moped, a 21-year-old woman, was taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
Ice was a factor in an accident involving two cars in Bellwell Lane, Debenham, between Aspall Road and Church Lane.
A broken down vehicle led to problems on the A14 between junctions 56 and 57 at Ipswich and a traffic light failure on the A14 in Bury St Edmunds at junction 43 for the A143 has been causing short delays for some drivers.
