Fill your weekend with fun things to do with your family, here are eight things happening on April 14 and 15.
Woolpit Village Hall
Are you ready for an evening of laughter, singing, and dancing? The Woolpit Drama Club is putting on a musical production called Comedy Tonight.

The songs will be interspersed with comic sketches, drawing on classic favourites mixed with a more topical glance at the world today.
Tickets cost £10 for adults and £6 for under 16’s, they can be brought at Elm Tree Gallery in Woolpit or online.

This weekend you have the chance to watch the tale of Cinerella on ice at Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre.
Will Cinderella get her prince or will her wicked stepmother stand in her way?
The show is packed with colourful costumes, catchy songs and a talented local cast. You can purchase tickets on the Chelmsford City Council website.
Singing The Sea
Professional sea shanties group, The Rogue Shanty Buoys, are returning to Suffolk where they will perform at Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh.
They will be delivering a singing workshop which will see some of the group teaching sea shanties and other styles of maritime songs, offering participants the chance to learn more about the songs and how they were used and created by the fishing communities.
The workshop is suitable for everyone, no matter what your abilities and experience is - total beginners and veteran singers will find something that interests and challenges them. For more details click here.
Low Common Road, South Lopham
This plant sale is now in its seventeenth year due to its popularity.
You will be able to get your hands on a wide variety of plants from bulbs, cacti, campanulas, ferns, hostas, perennials, shrubs, soft fruit bushes and lots more. Plants aren’t the only thing on sale, exhibitors will also be selling a range of gardening equipment some vintage, some used, and some new.
Children’s World Fun Fair
Abbey Fields, Colchester

Give your children an active weekend of fun with the Children’s World fun fair in Colchester.
The fun fair is designed for children aged 2-10 years old and has roundabouts, inflatables, a fun park and more.
