Police are appealing for information following an attempted burglary in Weeley.

This happened in St Andrews Road between 10am-1.30pm on Thursday, July 24, when suspects attempted to jemmy open the back door, but no entry was gained.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who might have seen suspicious activity.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Pc Emily Chapman or her colleagues at Clacton CID on 101.
