A 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of burglary after a break-in at a property has also been charged with a string of similar offences.
Patrick Burke from the Bury St Edmunds area was charged in relation to a burglary which happened in Boyden Close, Wickhambrook, on Thursday.
He has also been charged with five further counts of burglary and one count of criminal damage.
Burke appeared at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, where he was remanded in custody to return to court at a date yet to be confirmed.
An 18-year-old woman from Basildon who was arrested on suspicion of burglary, also in relation to the incident at Wickhambrook on Thursday, has been bailed to return to police on December 18,
