THE A144 was partially closed this morning following an accident at Ilketshall St Lawrence, near Halesworth.
Fire, police and ambulance were called at 7.19am to a two car crash on the Bungay side of the road at Stone Street, between Spexhall and Ilketshall St Lawrence. One of the cars was filled with smoke.
The accident involved a red Peugeot 106 and a red Peugeot 206, the male driver of one of the cars was suffering from shock and was treated by paramedics.
The road was clear by 8.28am.
