Two men were attacked in Colchester in the early hours of Saturday.
A 25-year-old man from Colchester and another man were assaulted in the car park area of Vineyard Street between 1.30am and 2.30am.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “The 25-year-old suffered a fractured face and required hospital treatment.
“The other man was left with bruising.”
