Southwold cruise to win over Holt

London 3 East Southwold 45 Holt 19 There were perfect conditions for rugby on the common as Southwold entertained Holt, with the game enjoyed by a large crowd of supporters from both sides.

The first points of the day came from Southwold’s Adam Smith, he crossed the line to score after sustained forward pressure. Further tries came from Ollie Carlstroem and Jon Mayall, they were all converted by Josh Wallis.

Holt also scored a try in the first half resulting in a half time score of 21-5.

The second half saw skipper James Hall cross the line for a well worked try followed by two tries from Jacob English and one by Callum Anthony.

Holt also scored two tries in the second half and the score closed at 45-19 in favour of the hosts.
