Freddie Lindgren romped to a 12-point maximum as Wolves moved within a point of Swindon at the top of the Elite League.
Adams said: “We travelled expecting to win this meeting, but I must admit the margin of victory was a pleasant surprise for me. The boys are buzzing.”
