A WOMAN was left seriously injured after a three car smash in west Suffolk.
The crash happened during rush hour at 8.39am on Thursday in Anglian Lane, Bury St Edmunds.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Police said a female driver suffered what was believed to be serious injuries and was taken by paramedics to the town's West Suffolk Hospital.
She warned motorists to expect delays while the police dealt with the crash and called on drivers to avoid using the area if at all possible.
