A BRITISH woman fell ill and died on a plane as it came in to land in Spain, it emerged today.
A BRITISH woman fell ill and died on a plane as it came in to land in Spain, it emerged today.
Paula Slah, from Chelmsford fell ill on an Iberia flight from Tangiers to Madrid on Sunday.
The pilot decided to divert to Seville airport in Spain and radioed ahead for an ambulance.
But Ms Slah, thought to be aged 40, was already dead. It is believed she died as the plane came in to land.
Her family have been informed and are travelling out to Spain.
