Police are appealing for help tracing a man in connection with an attempted robbery on a quiet Suffolk street.
The incident took place on Monday, August 20 at about 9.30pm on Primrose Hill, Havehill, outside the Premier store.
A woman in her early 20s was walking home from the leisure centre when she was approached by man wearing gloves and a balaclava, who tried to rip her backpack from her shoulder.
After a brief struggle the offender left empty-handed and rode his bike back towards the recreation ground.
Anyone who recognises the individual in the picture should contact Bury St Edmunds CID on 101, quoting crime reference 37/47611/18. Alternatively, call the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
