A WOMAN was taken to hospital after being smashed over the head with a bottle in an Ipswich nightclub.
Emergency services were called to Liquid nightclub in Cardinal Park shortly after 12.30am today after a 20-year-old girl suffered head injuries following being an alleged attack.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said that the woman had been taken to Ipswich Hospital.
